The ratio of secondary alcohol to chlorosulfonic acid is 1:1.03, and the sulfonation reaction is carried out at 30~35 ℃. The generated sulfonic acid ester is neutralized with 30% sodium hydroxide to generate secondary alkyl sodium sulfate. The finished product is obtained after hydrogen peroxide bleaching and spray drying.
Yellow to light yellow transparent liquid, easily soluble in water. Odorless, non corrosive, and skin friendly. Good stability, stable to acids, alkalis, and salts, and able to withstand high temperatures. Fluorescence occurs under reflected light irradiation. Strong cleaning ability, good permeability, emulsification, and dispersibility. Non toxic, it is a highly biodegradable detergent.
Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse to avoid high temperatures. After being stored for more than 1 year, it is slightly layered and can be continued for use after stirring, without affecting its performance and use.
Sulfonate fatty alcohols with chlorosulfonic acid, then neutralize and bleach with caustic soda aqueous solution to obtain the finished product after treatment. For details, please refer to the preparation method of 04127 sodium dodecyl sulfate.
Sulfated olefins in a double-membrane reactor with sulfur trioxide in a molar ratio of 1: 1.05. The reaction temperature is about 50 ℃. Sulfated products are processed by aging, hydrolysis, and neutralization to obtain products. See the preparation method of calcium alkylbenzene sulfonate for details.
